Q Without U

Omar Mouallem, local Edmonton celebrity / editor / rapper, a.k.a. A.O.K., contributed to our last issue of International Beauty Saloon. He wrote the lovely short tale Q Without U, an epic story about the trials and tribulations of alphabetically correct enduring love. It is so heartwarming and sweet that I had to illustrate it as quickly and as roughly as possible to give it that much needed child-like charm.

It can be read in it’s entirety right HERE.

This is my favourite part of your zine… such a true and honest story about how we use letters!
