Sketch Pages!

This here is a certain school in Edmonton that I bike by everyday. Not sure if it’s used much anymore, as many windows and doors seem to be blocked out. Nothing more but the odd group of people here and there kicking a ball around in the field. It’s always refreshing to see old brick buildings in this city though, especially when isolated in a nice open field. This drawing was painted / drawn with sweet acrylic “gouache” and some trusty prismacolors + a rapidograph.

It’s funny when you see a really fat person wearing a shirt that says Texas. When I first stepped foot into Halifax for the first time this past June, this chubber of an obese person was the first thing I saw. Burnt the image right into my brain.
I can’t sleep at night.
Hold me.
So cold.
